I am writing this review with reluctance, as I am still very dissatisfied with my experience with this vendor from my wedding last June. My wedding organizer (the saint that she is) reached out on my behalf to address the issues. 1. The designer did not offer any suggestions and repeatedly asked me for specific flowers, leaving me to research and choose them myself without guidance. What a wonderful company! My sister purchased flowers to celebrate my wedding but I wasn’t home when they showed up at my home to deliver them. I told the delivery driver I was out at a restaurant having lunch. She didn’t bat an eye before turning around and coming to the restaurant to deliver my stunning flowers. Outstanding customer service.
Laurence and her team at FleuRich Creations are incredibly talented artists who do an amazing job crafting the most exquisite bouquets. The colour combinations are so original and speak to the inherent gift Laurence has with floral design. Also, the bouquets happen to last a long time!
