Their team of artists are exceptionally skilled, attentive, and committed to bringing your dream hair to life. Every appointment feels like a mini retreat thanks to the blissful ambience and beautiful plants in every corner of the space.
I was hesitant to write a review regarding the color services and prices offered at Fleur. I set a second appointment for color services with this salon. I asked the stylist to cover all grays and a partial highlight. The stylist stated that it was something that could be done. I left the salon with highlights darker than desired and without any form of root touch-up. In fact, a root touch-up is not included in their services list. Called them twice to let them know I never got layers like I wanted and with the hair styling and face framing I never noticed they didn’t give me layers in the back. The hairstylist had a client after me so when she was done we quickly got up and paid. She never showed me the back. The two times I called I was promised for a phone call back and I never got a call back.
I love the atmosphere of this shop, Olivia was so nice and listened to my hair concerns! I was there for a cut, and was done within an hour. Highly recommend and I'll be returning for my next cut!
