EDIT: added photos of my perfect wedding dress I found at Fleur De Paris! I found my wedding dress here! I was looking for something non traditional and they had some AMAZING super unique gowns. I’m including some pictures of the runner up since I can’t share the photo of my wedding dress yet. The staff were super helpful, helping me in and out of gowns and even took two dresses off of mannequins for me to try on (one of which ended up being THE ONE). We would describe Fleur de Paris as a millinery shop for ladies. They produce handmade hats and each a one is unique. Naturally they cost a lot more than an off the shelf hat would. These are more a hat to make a statement or to stand out. They also have a large selection of dresses, gowns and purses. We find this a fun and very nice shop to visit.
Lovely store but the mark up on their dresses are ridiculous. I found the dress I bought $100 cheaper on the original branded website, original price. I tried to return but they told me no refunds. I don't appreciate taken advantage of and for this reason will not shop there again.
What a gem of a store!! My husband and I were in New Orleans for an event, and during free time, we wandered in. The hats are simply stunning. No two alike and all so gorgeous. After having fun trying on a few styles, I found the hat shape I liked the best. The staff there was very friendly and helped me find all the adorned hats in that shape. Seems like most of the bad reviews are from divas or snowflakes. Maybe they’re loud or obnoxious or whatever but I can’t see this being 1* regardless. Btw, you clowns shouldn’t ever go to Paris. The LV store (1 or 7 or so!) was okay but the Chanel store is very snooty. Plenty of nice shops there but the Chanel staff sucked. We went to NOLA a few years ago and stayed at the bourbon orleans.
