HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT Fleur de lis Skincare Studio in Hendersonville. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED WITH THE OWNER. SHE ENDED UP CANCELLING MY APPOINTMENT AND REBOOKING SOMEONE ELSE, WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME. I NEVER TOLD HER TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT. SHE MADE THE CALL TO BOOK OVER MY APPOINTMENT. THE OWNER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. SHE THREATENED TO SHOW SCREEN SHOTS OF OUR CONVERSATION OVER TEXT, THINKING IT MIGHT SAVE HERSELF. WHICH IT IS PERFECTLY FINE FOR HER TO DO.
