This place was amazing! Owners communication was outstanding and the property manager was also wonderful. We made arrangements to have breakfast, with bloody Mary's, mimosas, and king cake after. This place will cater to your every need, just ask and they will work it out for you! Highly recommend this for larger groups and families. Right in the action like another review said! We were in town for a convention and were able to walk right to the convention center. 5 min walk. Love this place hated to leave!!

This is one of the coolest little hangouts in New Orleans literally the back yard is under the freeway. On site daily management they will do anything you need with prior knowledge. Amazing old house with multiple rooms to choose from. Great place to host any event or just get away. Clean very comfortable rooms. Most rooms have nice outdoor cooking/lounging areas.
