Went here to get a pre-employment drug screening and it took me 2 days to even get it done. I went up there on a Wednesday during their regular business hours and no one was there. The door was locked and there were no lights on. The next day, I called and someone answered and I was able to go in same day to get what I needed done. I set up the appointment for a Signatera blood test a week beforehand. I was told that if there were any billing issues she would contact me. I received multiple reminders via text that I was confirmed for the blood test on the scheduled day and time. I got to the location at my appointment time of 10am with toddler in tow and no one was at the location. Lights were off and no one was there. I called and left a message.
