I ordered some flower's today over the phone and Jordan took my order. What a delightful asset he is to fleurs. He was courteous, obliging and SO SO helpful. When l completed my order and he had made up the posie he sent me a video, as my number had popped up when ordering. Seriously, above and beyond. Jordan you Rock!!! Thank you so so much

After trying 3 other florists to get a delivery for a Friends birthday, (I was calling from Melbourne) I was delighted to encounter Jordan, who understood exactly what I wanted and the results were fabulous. And importantly my friend was utterly delighted, even with the elegant presentation of the card. Thank you for your great customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
