My customer experience of Fleur de Lois has been outstanding. After trying 3 other florists to get a delivery for a Friends birthday, (I was calling from Melbourne) I was delighted to encounter Jordan, who understood exactly what I wanted and the results were fabulous. And importantly my friend was utterly delighted, even with the elegant presentation of the card. Thank you for your great customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I had a beautiful birthday bouquet delivered to me this Sunday, Sundays would you believe, and they were beyond beautiful. I loved the handwriting by Jackie it was exquisite, and the gold seal was a beautiful touch, matched the flowers perfectly. I will use this florist for all my flowers from now on. Absolutely beautiful choice by my children.
