My mother recently moved to Randwick and I needed to find a new florist. This is the second bouquet I have ordered for her and I am blown away by the size, freshness of the flowers and the service. The bouquets are more than flowers, they are a piece of art. Truely the best florist I have ever used in all of Australia. The eastern suburbs of Sydney is so very lucky to have you. This is hands down the best florist I’ve ever been to. Their arrangements are stunning, the flowers are always fresh and they last for days. The staff are warm, knowledgeable and truly care about getting every detail right. Highly recommend!
Been buying flowers here for years since they opened. Flower quality is the most amazing, however when there is a special weekend such as Mother’s Day, the organisation is chaos. Please consider pre-ordered/pre-paid customers to have a dedicated pickup line, and not having to wait in the same line as the others who spend their time at picking what to buy. Fleur de Lis Coogee are always so easy to deal with. They’re great to speak to on the phone and make the whole process simple. Even when I try to explain a design or idea, they always nail the brief. The flowers are always fresh and last really well too. They really take pride in their work and no request is ever too big. You can tell they genuinely care. Highly recommend!
I always buy my flowers here - such a shame that when I tried to buy a pre-made bouquet but asked to change the colour of the wrapping paper the staff said no. The woman serving was very rude.
