Unprofessional and Unacceptable Experience Our experience with Fleur de Cuisine(aka operating as The Rising Table/Marie De La Fleur) was extremely disappointing. They cancelled our scheduled walkthrough for our wedding at our wedding venue with only four hours’ notice, which was both disruptive and unprofessional. Chef Ramos catered a weekend women’s gathering I attended, and the food was absolutely nourishing and delicious. The pastas, salads, roasted veggies, and super cute mini quiches were all full of flavor — I went back for seconds (and maybe thirds!). Her prepared meals made the whole weekend feel effortless and comforting.
Had the pleasure of trying some of the food this amazing catering company has to offer over the weekend for a local women’s retreat; it was amazing! The food provided both days were delicious! My personal favorite was the chicken; the sauce made it incredibly tasty and for someone who needs protein but doesn’t crave chicken, that says something! Highly recommend for any of your catering needs.

We hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner for my son and his new bride’s wedding party this weekend, and the crushed it!! My son picked out a serious Italian and seafood menu that was out of this world. Fleur de Cuisine showed up early, created a 5 star presentation of the buffet (and we only ordered food to be dropped off), had classy plates, silverware and decorations that were above and beyond what we ordered or expected.
