Fleur de Cuisine is one of 3 caterers that we did a tasting with when choosing one for our wedding. Their food was delicious, but the overall process did come with a few hiccups, which they worked very hard to overcome. Firstly, we showed up for our original tasting to a locked door and were able to get ahold of Natalie who told us they had some sort of emergency and she didn't have our contact info on her to get ahold of us. We used Natalie's company as a private chef service at a home we were hosting a bachelorette party. Natalie seemed great at first. Very responsive and accommodating until the full deposit was paid and then it was impossible to get a hold of her.
