Do not use this florist. Awful customer service. Please look at all of the 1 star reviews before wasting your money. The owner does not speak clear English, she shows a picture of one thing and sends something else. She argues that she had to substitute. If someone is ordering off your website from a picture, we should have been told this was not available and had the choice of what was going to be sent. I ordered the “Fleur d’Amour” arrangement from Fleur d’Elegance for my friend and I couldn’t be happier. They truly care about the quality of every single flower in their arrangements. Since some flowers were out of season, the florist thoughtfully substituted them with big, beautiful garden roses that had the most amazing fragrance. A most magnificently elegant bountiful unique surprise floral arrangement arrived at my door from #fleurdelegance in Carlsbad this week. My Goddaughter in San Francisco did diligent research to send me this most beautiful arrangement. I plan on making a visit to this shop near Bressi Ranch. I want all my flowers to come from there!
