Great experience with this local Carlsbad florist. I'm in the San Francisco area and wanted to send my brother and sister-in-law, who live in Carlsbad, a statement bouquet, and Fleur d'Elegance really, literally, delivered. The phone call to order was simple, the staff was super helpful, and the white orchid, roses, and greens bouquet was delivered a few hours later. Excellent experience and highly recommend. The arrangement was huge and gorgeous.

Do not use this florist. Please look at all of the 1 star reviews before wasting your money. The owner does not speak clear English. Raises her voice and does not listen and was extremely difficult to work with. I chose an arrangement from her website and told her exactly what I wanted. She sent Something completely different.
