Edit: three years since my last review and I spent the whole time thinking and talking about this cake! Finally treated myself and it was everything I remembered and more. The day after picking it up is when the flavors and textures really shine and I finished the whole thing with minimal help in 36 hours. I’ll try not to wait another three years for the next! My daughter celebrated her 13th birthday during my sister's wedding week and I wanted to make her day extra special. I contacted Pamela at Fleur cakes and asked if she would make my daughter’s birthday cake. She said she would be happy to! It was so beautiful and my daughter said it was the best cake she had ever had!!!! It was literally the icing on the cake to make her day so special!
