This service department is a joke. Sergio is out of his element. He asks what’s wrong with the vehicle, forgets to write issues down, does not fix them and then it’s somehow my fault and I am met with attitude. Because I leave a legitimate poor review of their service - instead of trying to fix the issues - they decide not to service my vehicle any longer. They should be stripped of the Audi brand.
