Manager is an idiot I called to have tires taken from one set of rims to be put on another set and balanced. They gave me a price so I drove down to have the work done. Then the Manager decides to change the price when I get there (higher). I told them that was more than what Discount tire charges and that they gave me a cheaper price over the phone. Manager tells me bring it to Discount then. So I did. I didn't get the chance to tell the Manager I also needed a wheel alignment done on 2 trucks for that day. His lack of busi... read more
Quick work, friendly staff I took my car to Fletcher's for an oil change. They were able to complete the work in about 20 minutes while I waited, and the staff was very friendly and considerate. I will definitely go there again.
terrible service They have plenty of time to put on four brand new tires but no time to honor the 4 free oil changes and fix the tires if need be, eventhough i had to pay for the coverage for a year! I have tried to get it in to repair a tire, but they keep telling me to call at 8 am because they fill up early, I have been calling at 8:30am. I will never go there again, and I will tell everyone I know not to go there as well!
