Comfortably the worst customer service i have ever experienced Spent over $5000 to have my pool repaired less than 12 momths ago only for the sand filter to fail, pump to fail, system to dump water and not be air tight. Daniel tried some bandaid fixes which didnt work. Then his disgusting wife tells me things fail and thats life. Then threatened me that her husband would come to my house aggressively. Neither know a thing about plumbing or pools. Recommended going out of town for any pool services
If I could put half a star, I would. Bought chlorine tablets for my pool from this place. Did as directed by the staff, but ended up with too much chlorine. Due to being told to put the tablet in a dispenser, when the layble said not too. Now i have a murky pool with high cyanuric acid levels. I have to empty the pool and refill it. Pool experts? I highly doubt it.
just having a look friend of mine use to own it..sold.looks good though be good to get to know them summers not far away and a clean cool pool is cool.
