I have had a cpap and oxygen. It took 2 months to get it. My Doctor had to send 4 faxes. There service is terrible. I have changed to a different med supply. I would not recommend Flechers for anything! I had to give a one star rating, but for me now stars
I was seen by my sleep Dr. in June 2022. A order was placed for my sleep machine. This is August 2022 almost September 22. Do I have to call Jesus???? I called my Dr in July 22. They told me they were going to resend order. Still no response. Do anyone work at Fletchers Medical Supplies because I feel like I am being Punked!!! I called August 25th 2022 got transferred to talk to a answering machine. Maybe they have a corporate office. I will find out. I am more tired than I am without my sleep machine.
I was recommended by my CPAP doctor to get my regular supply from Fletcher’s Medical Supplies. It was ok very first time. As my need has changed, I called two weeks before my very first auto shipment to make changes. UNFORTUNATELY MY FIRST SHIPMENT CAME WITH WRONG EQUIPMENTS. I called to correct it. Even next shipment came about 10 days later same as first shipment. SO THIS IS SECOND TIME THEY GOOOOOF OFF.
