Had my Amana dryer serviced. A technician named Ron came out and serviced my dryer. He was very polite and extremely helpful. Issue was resolved then and there. Excellent service. Definitely will call again for my repair needs. Highly recommend Fletchers!

I stopped by to purchase a part for my fridge. They did not have the part but suggested a universal one that would work. I paid for it even though it was highly overpriced. The part did not fit my particular fridge model and they would not return my money. No returns on electrical parts they said. They did not disclose that prior to paying and was only listed on the receipt which you only get only after paying. I asked to speak with manager and of course he is not available. The staff at Fletcher's were so kind and helpful. They helped me figure out what part my washer needed and even offered to have someone install it for me.
