Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called from Nashville to have flowers delivered to my friends funeral. I ask about the location and she gave me a vague location in a snappy tone then I ask about delivery services and if it was included, but before I could finish my sentence she cut me off! She started telling me about how much money it takes her van to gas up and the salary of the delivery person. I called from Wisconsin to place a florist delivery. I spoke with someone and told the lady to make me an $50 arrangement. I gave the address and she asked for the person whom the flower were being delivered to phone number. She told me she would call and let me know how much is the delivery fee.
