We had went into this business and just by looking at the showroom thought they would be professional and great builders, they filled us in about how all their stuff was hand made and Solid wood and they where prices fairly, however the installers were so nice but the owners wife Sandy fletcher was rude to us from the start and had to come out twice to check her measurements not only that kept telling me different than what we wanted in not a nice way..
