I took my Jeep in for a bad rotor. It allegedly overheated on their test drive. They said it was leaking antifreeze. It's never leaked a drop before. After that it took them all day to "find" a leak in a radiator hose. They told me a few times that I should look for a phone call but there never was one. I'll never do business with them again.
Here is my experience. Bought a new vehicle from Fletcher Superstore and received numerous phone calls, texts, and letters in the mail. I had asked several times to be removed from the system. I was told every time I was removed from the system and will never be bothered again, and it never was done. This last time before contacting BBB, I received a phone call from Fletcher, and the guy was very rude and disrespectful. My man Joesph got me into a brand new 2022 dodge charger! I walked in mind already set I was leaving with it no if ands or buts. Sat there a half hour he told me he’d give me a call by the morning. Next morning came around he called me said it was mine and to come sign paperwork! Hands down best experience I’ve had! If you need a new car go through Joesph man knows what he’s doing and will get it done!
