If i could give zero stars i would , I went to fletcher dodge and jeep on 3111 E 32nd st in joplin missouri I was wrongfully treated bad I brought my key fob in to get it programmed and they told me it would be an hour it was over and hour and I finally asked mike the so called manager what was taking so long and he finally told me they could not program the key and still wanted to charge me $95 and I explain that they did not perform the services provided and still wanted to charge me and I told mike that's not right and he... read more
