Excellent service extremely friendly staff and very clean despite a very not clean job!
Residential Septic Sump Replacement. These people were terrible. After being referred by my septic pumper, They came to look at the sump. They checked it out said I needed a new pump. They also said that the wiring to it was bad and referred me to an electrician. The electrician said it was bad as well. THIS WAS AS FAR AS IT WENT! Every time I called either of the parties, they did not have my name of file and said that they would call me back shortly- AND THEY NEVER DID! I ended up going with someone else. Bernard, technician, did a FINE! job unclogging my kitchen sink, Aug. '19; very knowledgeable; efficient; and cost effective. Fletcher IS! your drain company.
Very good Fletcher can do the job well. They come right out and clean your tank in record time and at a reasonable rate. We've called them and have been very satisfied with the results. Try them, you'll be happy that you did.
