Got it fixed & back on the road- Our Ram 6.7 was experiencing overheating symptoms on a long roadtrip. We routed to Jonesboro and dropped the truck off on Monday morning. The new service advisor, Michael, worked with us in professional fashion to get it diagnoised & repaired to get us back on the road. The tech explained the diagnosis & repair. They have always treated me good and have always repaired and had my pickup ready to go in very short time!
I'm having an oil consumption issue. This place did explain it fully to me for the first time ever. It feels good to know that I know, they know what they are doing!!! That is a feeling all in itself. I recommend these guys for your next Ram Truck issues. Take it to someone who knows!!!! You'll be glad you didn't have to worry.
