Found a car I was interested in online at Fletcher Hyundai in Joplin and Jason Ortez started messaging me about it. He was very helpful and had the car ready for me on Saturday 6/7/25. He was amazing and helped us with everything we needed and didn’t have to spend the whole day there. 10/10 would recommend! Best dealership experience I’ve ever had!
My Husband and I had a unique situation and needed to move mountains to get us into new (for us) cars. The team at Fletcher were incredible from our first phone call! Chance Kyle, his supervisors and the finance department went above and beyond to help us. They went over all of our options with us and helped us make a good decision not just on what cars we purchased but helping us make sure it fit into our budget. I would recommend them to anyone!
This is for the used car lot portion Well it's not worth a long drive. We found a nice used looking Pacifica on their website. I called and verified it was in stock. We sent in our vehicle information and got a good value worked for our trade. The day before we were supposed to drive the 3.5 hr each way the salesman called and said that they had another van in stock but had more miles and cost more. Went to the parts dept for a clutch kit for my 2007 Dodge 1500 . Was told that it's out of stock but they can mabee get it from another dealer , , , mabee for $850 . That's funny because auto zone has them for $222 . The only reason I went here was because they tried pulling the same scam when the power steering pump went out on my 2002 Dodge 2500 .
