No matter how many days they’ve been keeping your car hostage (when you just want it fixed) they will provide you with zero updates and will hang the phone up on you. I am so tired of playing tag trying to get updates on my car they have had for a week. I have heard absolutely nothing. I’ve had this car for two months and it’s already a brick. I had a 2016 and 2023 platinum Rogue. Loved both cars, but the latter was identified as the category of cars that Nissan had bolts that could leave melt shavings in the pan. When asked, I was told Nissan would not check the car until something happened. This was Oct of 2025. On June 26, 2026 i was in Branson and it threw a CVT code diminishing the power of the car.
