Anyone looking for anything other than being profiled should steer clear. Whoever was running the store on the afternoon of July 3 at 3:30 PM was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I entered the store, saw he was on the phone, and politely stated I would wait. He loudly and aggressively snapped that he was “going to be a while.” He clearly profiled me and assumed I was a “dismissible” person as he then gestured impatiently to give him the paperwork I had. Fletcher Music Centers has been extremely supportive of nonprofits in the community, including Arizona’s Children Association, collecting toys and gifts for the annual Gifts of Hope program, and donating musical instruments to TUSD to use at schools for students. It’s a great local business with employees that go above and beyond for their customers.
