Doctors are attentive and caring.
worst. receptionists. ever. uneducated, biggest attitude of life, and just miserable. Seriously you guys need to fire these RUDE individuals, especially the one with heavy eyeliner. She tried telling me i couldn't switch family doctors (to a doctor from a different building, not associated with fletcher) without making an appointment with my current family doctor, which is completely untrue.
I had a really positive experience with Fletcher Medical Centre. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. The clinic is well organized, and I’ve always felt listened to and supported during my visits.
