I was on time for my 9 am oil change appointment on a Rav4 I purchased from Fletcher Jones in Carson. Thinking it would take less than an hour with an appointment, I was shocked to hear that it would take 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. Even if they do a "comprehensive diagnosis", it is just too long for an appointment work. I took back my car and left not to return ever again. Unprofessional and unethical.
Great experience with prompt professional service advisors. They are quick,courteous and efficient.

My RAV plug in hybrid was serviced. The person guiding me through the process was informative and friendly. The service was done sooner than expected. I was sent a video showing the state of the vehicle and why some filters had to be replaced. This service was top notch and innovative. I can't imagine how it could be better, and I am a picky person.
