Go to the best for the best We're on our third car from Fletcher Jones Mercedes and headed back soon for number four. The selection is amazing, the building beautiful, the cars speak for themselves. What stands out the most for me is the aftercare. The service at FJM is excellent and I recommend service adviser Rick McClellan particularly highly.
Fletcher Jones the Honest World Class Dealership. In about 2006 when I was 12 years old my Family and I went to go 'car hunting' we found this beautiful dealership. Badnews Leaking fuel sesors on Mercedes Vehicles... Everyday I run into more people with this problem the dealers and Mercedes Benz Corporate are a$$holes about it .If you are lucky they may cover half of the parts and charge you the labor to repair/replace the leaking sensors. Just hope that your gas tank does not need to be replaced. They are getting hundreds of calls a day on these Leaking tanks and sensors. Awful experience! Don't bother buying from these liars. Run the other way! This place is just awful to try and buy a car from. Save yourself the time and headache of dealing with these crooks, and buy from somewhere else. I ended up buying from Downtown LA Motors, and got 11% off of MSRP of $75,470, and I didn't even have to haggle. The sales dept is corrupt, judgmental, and flat out liars.
