Parts store sucks. Employee on the phone and ignoring the customer.
Disappointing experience. I recently bought a used car from Fletcher Jones Fremont with a faulty part that wasn't caught during their inspection. Four weeks later, the faulty part failed and my car was no longer able to start. I contacted the dealership to resolve this issue, but I was constantly redirected between sales and service with no one making an effort to help. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. When I chose my car and did the test drive, it was extremely dirty inside and outside. The manager promised a full cleaning and detailing before delivery. However, when I came back to finalize the purchase, nothing had been done at all. Even after I signed all the paperwork and returned as instructed, the car was still dirty.
