Awful car dealership and service center. Go to any dealership for a Mercedes but not Fletcher Jones. Once you buy a car from them then they do not recognize you. They didn't call me or send any notifications when the service was due. The car itself showed me service due. So I called them and they told me the free service has expired. Then they would not accept their mistakes and charge you $500 saying that's a discount. I am tired of them
