I am extremely disappointed with my most recent experience at this dealership. I went in to retrieve my engagement ring (with a diamond and gold band) that had fallen under my car seat. On a previous visit, the service department told me they removed the seat rails and attempted to locate the ring but were unsuccessful. I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. When I called customer service to ask about an oil change for my Mercedes-Benz, no one told me that with their coupon service, they are unable to reset the oil change meter. That is a very important detail, and I only learned about it after driving all the way from San Jose to Fremont for my appointment. When I arrived, I spoke with Gustavo. Is this indeed a Mercedes Benz Service ? Service Department is in total and utter mess. Customers get zero respect. Wouldn't ever let my car serviced here under the current Service Department Management.

I am first time customer at this dealership to take care of a new sprinter van issue. Car was making crazy rattling sound at slow and high speed on smooth road that sounded like coming from the sliding door. Made an appointment with them and Bill the service advisor took it and run with it. He got his techs isolated the issue. Issue was due to battery cover in back of van. Shoutout to Marvin at Mercedes! He seriously went above and beyond to get me the best lease deal on my EQE in the Bay Area (and yes, I shopped around!). He even stayed at the dealership way past closing, like 10 pm, to make sure the paperwork went smoothly and gave me a full walkthrough of every feature. Who does that?
