The service experience has always been great for me . In and out with clear options for a loaner or an UBER if the vehicle is going to be overnight or delayed. Shout out to Erick Lopez one of the Service Advisors .
Great service. Tech video explanation was also useful. Just needed software update to take care of SOS. Only downside is the new Audi require a day to fix. No more waiting, I guess that is the new standard.
Very pleased with access to Audi service and their ability to quickly handle the recalls as well as check the brake systems. Friendly service team.
