I Really appreciate the Fletcher Service advisor's for being kind, respectful and knowledgeable ...I had a minor issue that was fixed with no charge! and I was made aware of a $75.00 coupon! on an Oil change so thanks once again Fletcher Service advisor's !
Horrid experience and no one has responded to the issues I had (I have tried the manager, an employee, my inital associate, and the survey they send when the service is over). They left tire glue all over my rims, they turned off my cameras without telling me and didnt turn them back on, they left their signs in my car, they failed to properly check ny warranties ahead of time, their communication was awful throughout the service and after. They also left the inside of my car dirty.
