This is a review for the Parts Department, specifically Matt and Felecia. I own a 2016 Jeep Patriot that was recently passed down to my teenager. Had a deal worked out on a 2025 Jeep gladiator. That same night my mother in law passed away. She been sick for months she had Alzheimer. I text the dealership about what going on. Had to meet with funeral home meet with church to plan a funeral. The sale man saying we can come to you. I told him I may not be home family my be at funeral home. All all the salesmen care about getting the deal done.
The only reason I’m being generous enough to give two stars is for the amazing people in service! The manager though, a whole different ball game. We put my daughter’s car in the shop here (it’s a Jeep) and it needed a little over $6k worth of work. I said ok. Well the parts were months out and it was already torn down so I asked for a loaner.
