We purchased a brand new diesel back in November 2025 and have had the worst experience all the way around. When purchased on a Saturday we were not allowed to take him home due to something needing to be cleared come to find out they lied had ran the truck out of diesel and the gas lines had to be cleared and so on,then coolant light keeps coming on and all the diesel shop just fills it up and says drive it 200-500 miles and bring it back. Very unprofessional and no one seems to be available ever. Had a recall fix done on my vehicle & they had to order the part. Said they’d call when it was delivered. Over a month went by and no call. I called myself and they were confused on the situation. Finally brought the car in. Morgan gave us an estimate of a 3 hour wait. We ended up waiting for 7 hours without any updates and having to call 3 times to try to get an update. No one was ever available. I would not buy from here. They will nickel and dime you hardcore. I was in the market for a truck for two years. Scheduled multiple visits and had a trade in inspected and ready to pull the trigger for the right deal. I was looking for a 2020 to 2022 Ram Limited or similar.
