Sales Department is decent... Service Department is Horrible!!!! Will not keep you updated on any progress even when they say they will... Used to be ok but now pitiful... First question they always ask "did you buy it here" is a dead giveaway.. If you dont Buy from them its a total run around even on warranty work... First purchase came from them back when they had inventory.. This last time they had a low inventory so had to find another.
Sent vehicle to service for a lock repair on passenger door. Was not repaired but still charged $1200… feels unethical

I have bought 3 previous vehicles from Fletcher Dodge and was planning to buy a 4th. I tried 3 times to buy here and they offered the lowest price for my trade of anywhere I looked. They offered $5,000 less than other places. I was a loyal customer until now I bought new vehicles for my wife and I at the Central dealerships. I wouldn't recommend Fletcher Dodge anymore.
Bought a truck here. Came with a certified used warranty… But they cheated me. They applied the certified warranty from WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD NEW! So, a certified used warranty that covered the original owner, not me when I bought it. So, basically, the certified warranty was already almost up when I bought the truck because THEY back dated it and put the wrong year. Isn’t that nice?
