The reviews from different people on how careless this dealership is right! I called the main dealership parts department asking about a front license plate bracket. The lady I talked to was having computer issues. So she said that she would take down my number and call me back. Guess what, I had to call back and she had the nerve to ask me if I was the one she called back. I told her no cause I’m calling back, she then replied “oh, I wrote down your number wrong”. Do not take your Jeep here. My mother took her jeep in for intermittent overheating. She has always got her oil change there and was supppse to checked fluids. They did not. They tried to say she needed a thermostat at the price of 1400.00. She called me, I went and topped coolant off. No problems since. Shop must be commission based. Stay away.
I took my 2021 Dodge Challenger R/T scat pack up there for oil leak. Michael said it might be tomorrow before someone looks at it. I get a call next morning car ready .we go get it . My gas was on 1/2 tank someone had it on 155 mph. O to 60 2.9 sec They run the 1/8 mile & the 1/4 mile. And I had to pay them. $334.07 Very disappointed
From a customer: I have taken my dodge truck up there to get my air suspension fix and a oil change they called me said it was ready to pick up charge me 2,900 dollars for everything they did soon I got home the air suspension was doing the same thing it was doing when I taking it up there on top of that They charge me for a oil change and don’t even do it I have it up there now and they want over 2,000 more to fix it this is a bad business
