Leaving 5 stars because Crystal is a 5 star sales person!
I have bought 3 previous vehicles from Fletcher Dodge and was planning to buy a 4th. I tried 3 times to buy here and they offered the lowest price for my trade of anywhere I looked. They offered $5,000 less than other places. I was a loyal customer until now I bought new vehicles for my wife and I at the Central dealerships. I wouldn't recommend Fletcher Dodge anymore.
Bought a truck here. Came with a certified used warranty… But they cheated me. They applied the certified warranty from WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD NEW! So, a certified used warranty that covered the original owner, not me when I bought it. So, basically, the certified warranty was already almost up when I bought the truck because THEY back dated it and put the wrong year. Isn’t that nice? I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and extreme satisfaction with the service team at Frank Fletcher Jeep, and especially Dalton Carter. On March 8th, my son’s car broke down outside of Jonesboro. After an initial visit to another repair shop where the vehicle still wouldn’t start, we had it towed to Frank Fletcher Jeep.
