Very good sales man and deals
Took my truck there a year ago was told repeatedly parts werent in the trying again i made another appointment it took 4 appointment which my car just sat outside and never got looked at to get it diagnosed the first time with Morgan as an advisor. Sales Department is decent... Service Department is Horrible!!!! Will not keep you updated on any progress even when they say they will... Used to be ok but now pitiful... First question they always ask "did you buy it here" is a dead giveaway.. If you dont Buy from them its a total run around even on warranty work... First purchase came from them back when they had inventory.. This last time they had a low inventory so had to find another.
Sent vehicle to service for a lock repair on passenger door. Was not repaired but still charged $1200… feels unethical
