It is a beautiful, clean home and my mom recieved great care at Fletcher Heights. The food is fantastic and my mom was very proud of her room. I would give them a perfect rating except for one problem. Call me old fashioned but the day mom passed away, I was informed by text and I think a phone call would have been more appropriate. Other than that, I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone.
I moved my Mom to this facility and after two months removed her due to inadequate care giving procedures. Maria was very nice but failed to recognize that her main caregiver was not following proper techniques. Safety, infection control and physician orders were not carried out in a correct, professional manner. Thank God I am a voice for my Mom.
Maria is a wonderful woman, and she takes a lot of pride in providing a warm, caring, loving environment for the guests. It's evident that she loves what she does. The house is clean and the care is awesome. I highly recommend Fletcher Heights.
