Fletcher Granite is superior. They are leaders in the stone industry. They not only produce quality fabrication from a high quality selection, their customer service is excellent. We are proud to partner with them on commercial projects. John Miceli Roofing and Construction Inc.
Will not return calls or follow through on orders and commitments. I work for a very large municipality and we placed an order that shipped late and completely wrong. Order was thousands of dollars. They never returned calls or rectified the matter by returning or rectifying the pieces we ordered and sending new pieces. Do not use this company
Person who answered the phone said they are no longer based in Westford, they are based in Rhode Island (even though the website says Westford). She also said that she couldn't answer any of my questions, that it was above her pay grade and she hung up on me. I have done business with Fletcher Granite for the past 20 years and I am disappointed to see how a once great company has sunk so low.
