Jenna was very nice. Why I give 2 stars, but unfortunately I feel like I was lead in the wrong direction. Hired her because I was told my fine from my ticket would be much cheaper than what all other lawyer's told me. Yes she was very nice and did go to court for me. But I feel like i wasted my money. At the end of the day why I hired her is to help me get off my ticket or atleast reduce it. I understand it's all up to the judge. I had a very time sensitive issue I had to deal with. In my quick research, Rick had Jenna call me back within a 1/2 hour. She instantly had an excellent plan to propose, which separated her from the rest of those I contacted. I worked with Rick directly, but did have the pleasure of also meeting his wife. They couldn’t have handled my case with more respect, kindness, intelligence and clear explanations of all options I had available to me. I never once felt I was being misled, his entire approach made me feel like the captain of the ship with my choices yet he was the light that helped guide me to the best resolution.
