Disappointed and disheartened. Poor quality of workmanship is evident in many aspects of the build. Fletcher is currently suing all his subcontractors and vendors (see Connecticut Judicial Site: Fletcher vs Vigneault, 7/17/23 Summons and Complaint) The project was plagued with constant delays and various excuses, years later still finding problems bubbling to the surface.
