There were inaccuracies and inconsistencies in our appraisal on our property. Such as a 1/2 bath being on 2nd floor layout but not listed in appraisal and finished basement area not being on layout but mentioned in appraisal and figuring into two comparables but not the third comparable for some reason. Not impressed with the services provided. Appraisal for banks seems way out of line with appraisals by county on taxes and by realtors both.
