Dr George and Dr Poonacha are great Doctors, the nurses and admin staff are also excellent. Unfortunately I can't say the same for Dr Ferguson. I had a needle stick injury at work and his initial guidance was great. He was almost offended by the paperwork required and mangement. His knowledge was great, he just obviously was not interested in a problem with ongoing management. Can't thank the office manager enough for helping with work cover.
Not happy with the doctor I saw. He wasn’t willing to spend time talking about my issues. I left feeling confused about prescribed medication and didn’t feel like I was heard out. I saw a different doctor the next day and felt heard out. Was able to receive adequate treatment and felt heard and listened to. Wouldn’t come back here again.
I had a 9am appointment and when I arrived I was told the doctor does not arrive for 10-15 minutes past 9am usually. I don't mind waiting when others are seeing the doctor, but it is unprofessional to just not show up to work on time to the inconvenience of others.
Would give it less than 1 star if I could. Terrible experience. Will never be back. Worst GP in Australia.
If you suffered trauma(s) in your life and/or have/acquired a mental health condition please do not see “Dr” Ferguson. He shouldn’t be entitled to take “care” of any mental health treatment. He really won’t treat you as a human being that is going through a disease and health condition. Sexist, old fashion, he lacks empathy and he is definitely NOT a health care professional as he doesn’t care he doesn’t understand or wants to, NOT professional.
