I went to their service department for a recall to be fixed on my car. They were nice at first… then after the recall was done, I had to take the car back because it was idling rough, running rough, and making a new sound. They told me they checked the recall work and everything was completed correctly. The car was not like this before!! It was very noticeable to me and the other person who drives the car. If I could give zero stars I would. I took my Jeep in for a shudder under the hood. They misdiagnosed it and after bringing it back twice, the issue wasn't fixed. I paid $2500 for an engine mount and oil cooler and the problem I took it in for never got fixed. A check engine light came on after the first time I picked it up, it had never had a check engine light before they touched it.
