If I could give zero stars I would. I took my Jeep in for a shudder under the hood. They misdiagnosed it and after bringing it back twice, the issue wasn't fixed. I paid $2500 for an engine mount and oil cooler and the problem I took it in for never got fixed. A check engine light came on after the first time I picked it up, it had never had a check engine light before they touched it.
