I took my ram 1500 in for an oil change on 4/5/25 during check out i was told i was missing an oil cap. I immediately said to the service rep so I've been driving 3500 miles missing an oil cap that your lube techs forget to put on his response was yep seems that way. I respond back with so this explains the lifter tick i now have due to lack of pressure, dirt, moisture into the engine. to him responding with its probable but highly unlikely how would you like to pay for this today.
