This was my daughter's first home sale so she had hoped for a simple closing using the local purchasing lawyer., but she was away The real estate agent suggested a different local lawyer but the secretary was very abrupt, saying the lawyer was busy and had limited availability. My parents were convinced virtual signing would somehow involve “the hackers” stealing the house. Dianne patiently walked them through every step of the sale and treated them with a level of patience I genuinely appreciated. By the end of it, my dad was telling people he’s “basically digital now.” The whole process was smooth, calm, and much easier than any of us expected.
