Great location and conveniently located!!
If I could give a 0 star rating or lower, it would apply here. This is the most unprofessional run small business in Waterloo, if not Iowa. The owner does not keep the units up, they have repeated break-ins (despite their fencing with barb wire on top) due to questionable renters allowed to wander the property breaking in other peoples units. Mine was broken into 2x and the police say this woman running this business is unprofessional and didn't provide them the security footage they have required for so many break-ins they ... read more
We used a unit for a short period of time.. the flexibility of month to month rental was wonderful. The unit was dry and clean👍
