Wanted to change me 5k over sticker, and denied warranty work a few months later.
I got a safety recall for my vehicle model and year back in October, and every time I call to set an appointment the answer is "the parts haven't arrived yet, we will call you back". Who is going to be liable if I have an actual accident due this situation? I will leave this review until this is addressed as it should be.
