I have never had a better experience at an Auto body shop!! This place is it for me!! Everyone is SO nice and knowledgeable. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and respect. The place is clean and elegantly decorated. The chairs are beautiful and comfortable. The restroom is spotless. Had side door damage on passenger side from “someone” intentionally ramming my parked vehicle , the people at Fletcher Autobody made the experience easy, pain-free, with rental cars on site. Car came back better than new with complimentary interior detailing! I highly recommend!
I was referred to Fletcher Auto Body, at first, I was nervous but after reading reviews and speaking with them, I was eased. The process was quick and easy, they got my car in right away, got me in a rental (they have their own) and I was on my way. With the exception of waiting for parts, I had my baby (car) back in no time and she was looking brand new. Val is amazing to work with as well as his team. I will definitely be back (hopefully I don’t need too) and would recommend. 10/10!!! Great job guys.
Can not recommend Fletcher Auto Body enough! My daughter was side-swiped on Rt. 95 in a hit-and-run. Fletcher responded to my message immediately, got the car in that day and assessed it for us, and gave us a quote and timeline. They started on the car the same day we dropped it off, went above and beyond on what we expected and finished the car ahead of schedule and as quoted.
