Came in today with a fucked tragus (was explained that it was pierced too deeply), and my irritated nose piercing, which was on its way to sink into the skin again. It was Caitlyn, the absolute legend, who helped me! She carefully removed the tragus piercing (at my request, I was sick of it getting infected/not healing), and then spent close to 20-30minutes on my nose piercing. The only place I go to for piercings. The shop itself has a great vibe - professional, clean and friendly. Every team member always makes you feel welcome and so well cared for especially if you come in like me sweaty and nervous haha. Shout out to Tia who was an absolute gem and made sure my latest piercing experience was as smooth and fun as humanely possible!
