Gave them 3 stars because they did get to my work order fairly quickly considering how very busy they are , & yes they did a good job , however communication is NOT their strong point , i had to be home because i have pets i don't want let out , therefore i wanted to know approx when they’d be here (your typical curtesy eta stuff ) , or so i thought after being scoffed at by the receptionist & told she’d get back to me, they dodged my calls till the next day after calling for the fourth time , she begrudgingly gave me a time... read more
Fast response time. They were informative and quick to fix our electrical problems.
I called for a bid and Ron came out within a day. Once I signed the bid I got a call that he would begin my large project in two days. He completed the project quickly and managed Avista to finish their part of the project. I had waited months for another company to even return my calls after getting a bid. They never did. Another project came up and he came the next day after my call. Quick and easy fixes to both my problems. I would highly recommend. He is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and gets the work done!
