So, here's the thing, been going for service for years. Service team is great, loaners are so nice it's a tease, work is always above and beyond. I didnt give full stars due to my last appt issue. I prepaid for the oil change plan 1.5 yrs ago as a cost saving measure. BMW service is very expensive so was around $250-350 (not positive the amount), but covered 2 oil changes/ yr for 3 yrs I think. This is likely the best BMW Service Department you may come across. From the front desk through the Advisors, Professionalism and quality work is their forte. I have had mostly good experiences here and still drive the distance for oil changes and check-ups. Prices are more than fair beating out the trash at my local bimmer clinic who doubles prices when you're not looking.

Excellent experience with service at this terrific dealership. My service advisor Debra Lam was awesome in quickly setting up my appointment and following up with me on status of my vehicle. Like the entire staff there, she was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The entire experience was very satisfying. Thank you Debra and to the rest of service department staff!
