Excellent experience with service at this terrific dealership. My service advisor Debra Lam was awesome in quickly setting up my appointment and following up with me on status of my vehicle. I switched over from Bridgewater BMW to Flemington BMW because of Flemington's new Mobile Service Program offering and also because of their Valet Service Program. Typically scheduling a loaner with Bridgewater BMW was always a few weeks out. Additionally, loaners could not be reserved via their online scheduling system so you always have to call in and usually get put on hold.
