From the 1st communication at the show room at the hollybush garden centre,Sam came out to survey the area & talk through everything I wanted to know then onto communicating with Chris at their office to get the installation process started,this was all a really easy process. The installation team Alex and Tom were 100% professional & did an amazing job
An exceptional experience with Fleming Verandas!! Survey, showroom appointment and installation all done very promptly, schedules kept to and end result fantastic. Already recommended to friend and family and we cannot wait until the summer comes to enjoy our space for many years to come! TG.
A longer than expected, but pleasant journey with Fleming. Order was delayed from September and took nearly 3 months to come from Germany out of the hands of the company (but of course in our position still does not help!), but was delivered on the agreed date, on time and fitted within two days as originally advised by the PM ''Darren''. Deposit and payment schedules abided to and was happy that I was not pressured to 'pay on the day' and that they gave me sufficient time to get some use and water test it before paying. So good, I am buying another one! Sam and Chris were great to deal with from the start. They helped us through the decision-making process from start to finish and I couldn't be happier with the result. For info, we have an open veranda, 4m x 4m, with dimmable LED lighting and an electric under-awning, neither of which I would be without. They are a fantastic addition to the veranda. Phase 2 coming next week.
