My son has gone here for PT (at Alexandria and Lorton) and now ST and OT at Alexandria. I have nothing but great things to say about the therapists and the office staff. Everyone is extraordinarily caring and professional and has bent over backwards for my family. I have seen wonderful progress in my son and am so appreciative to his therapists for helping to facilitate this. They use evidence-based treatment therapies for his particular diagnosis. This clinic is truly a hidden gem. They support parents going through tough, emotional moments without judgment—just encouragement in the best way. Ms. Jessica, my daughter’s speech therapist, is amazing! She’s patient, kind, and really connects with my child. They don’t push, but they guide you in a way that’s positive and reassuring. They truly take a collaborative approach. Very grateful we found them.
I really recommend Ivy Rehab. We only had positive experience all that past year. My child’s therapist is amazing and he adores her and looks forward to his sessions. She takes the time to listen and address all your concerns. The front desk is also great and they always work hard to find another appointment for you if you had to cancel. 10/10
Very disappointed with the front end and the way she handled herself towards my son he’s only 8 and her assumption are unnecessary there are why to communicate and she definitely disappointed me I do not want to deal with her at all
Horrible, horrible place. If I could give zero stars then I would. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
