Came here for my Birthday and was pretty disappointed in the service. The waiter pretty much said very little to us other than taking our order. No small talk just straight to the point. Mean while I could hear the waiter behind me offering up sides and suggestions to another person who was also celebrating their Birthday. Not sure why I didn’t get the same treatment. Okay service and impeccable steak, however sever failed to let us know they had no oysters AFTER ordering. Each course took 45-1hr to arrive, right after opening, and one of the plates had to be sent back because it was cold. They did not even offer to adjust our bill when we recieved a plate that was not to our liking.
Shoutout to Kimberly! There was some confusion with a special occasion. She was so genuine in trying to find a way to make it right. I truly appreciate her help. I can’t wait to dine there again.
