The steak was undercooked, I requested medium well but received it very rare. My order was also missing utensils, napkins, and bread. I’ve had much more consistent experiences at the Palo Alto location. Overall, the takeout quality and service were disappointing.

Patrick was tons of the greatest servers in my restaurant experiences! He went above and beyond for my date with my girlfriend. We've tried getting him as our server for a year and he did not disappoint. He gave really good recommendations from the menu but we had stuck to our usual order. We’ll definitely be coming back for an actual dinner and his service! He gave us complimentary champagne (we're both of legal drinking age), and even took our picture with their restaurant camera.
