Rude customer service and shitty attitude!!! When asked why Gord didn't give me a call when there was a problem told me "he was to busy" When I pushed the issue again he told me I could take it. As he was walking away he told me the keys are on the counter!!! He couldn't start the vehicle to get in the shop...are u kidding me, it's a garage figure it out!!! (yes it starts, that's how I got it there)
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. My wife brought her SUV in due to noticeable shaking in the front end, and I suspected a drivetrain issue. However, Flemings reported that the problem originated from the turbo, claiming there was nothing wrong with the front end. Upon taking the vehicle to another shop, we discovered a broken front axle.
