Used to be the go to shop of most locals in Hagersville, almost all of use to swear by there amazing service and great pricing. I’m not sure if something has happened but over the last year due to how drastically the quality of service has dropped almost all the regulars I know myself included don’t come within an inch of this place. Rude customer service and shitty attitude!!! When asked why Gord didn't give me a call when there was a problem told me "he was to busy" When I pushed the issue again he told me I could take it. As he was walking away he told me the keys are on the counter!!! He couldn't start the vehicle to get in the shop...are u kidding me, it's a garage figure it out!!! (yes it starts, that's how I got it there)
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. My wife brought her SUV in due to noticeable shaking in the front end, and I suspected a drivetrain issue. However, Flemings reported that the problem originated from the turbo, claiming there was nothing wrong with the front end. Upon taking the vehicle to another shop, we discovered a broken front axle.
