Jonathon Fleming of Fleming General Services completed 5 projects in my home which I was very pleased with. On July 22, 2023 Jonathon agreed to reroof my house. He told me he would have to have the cost of materials upfront. On July 31, 2023 I wired the requested money to his account and he acknowledged he received the money. August 11, 2023 I contacted Jonathon for an update. I was told there was a delay on the order for material. Jonathon has worked for us for almost a year in various projects around our house. He has remodeled our spare bathroom, second living room and a spare bedroom. Updated flooring throughout our house. Built and fixed our front porch. Made a custom cedar fireplace mantel for us, as well as did stone work underneath it. He has painted, crawled under the house to check leaks, fixed duct work. Jonathon is a highly skilled professional who does outstanding work. He replaced an 88 foot section of failing wooden fence. He removed the old fence, leaving us a few good boards to use as replacements on the other side of our house, and took out the old concrete bases. He then installed galvanized steel posts set in twice as much concrete as the old fence, and attached cedar fence panels which he had prestained off site.
